COLUMBUS (WCMH) — A Columbus man is charged with murder after allegedly repeatedly running over another man with his car. Columbus police say 42-year-old Dennis Lawson was arguing with Justin Tyler near Miller Avenue E. Livingston Avenue on July 28th. Lawson was driving a 2001 GMC Yukon and started following Tyler who was walking. Lawson then backed up his car and ran over Tyler and then pulled forward and ran over him again. Lawson was originally charged with aggravated assault, but that charge was later changed to murder. Source: nbc4i.com
