Virgin aluminum, not recycled (which could have impurities); same number of fins per inch; same size tubes & tube spacing as OE design, we do not reduce the amount of material we put into our radiators3. Ribbed Headers:a. Stronger headers, not flexing & twisting which can lead to tube/header leaks or the header wanting to pull away from the tank leading to air gaps in the tank/header seam, which lead to leaking; can be seen from the outside by the “speed-bumps” on the underneath side of the header4.
