It is that Honda is developing the next-gen S2000. Well, the vehicle won’t exactly be known as the S2000 but since it has a mid-engine setup, we believed it to be the future S2000. The vehicle will be slotted above the S660 and it will be running... Honda will probably mix the usual steel sheets with that of aluminium and carbon fibre. Then again, the worrying bit is that the S2000 can cause some big problems to the sales of the NSX. The Acura NSX is already loved by many for its design but the unappealing brand name is already an obstacle for the carmaker to get through. With Honda being more recognized on the global scale, the car junkies might just settle for the S2000 and won’t even take a glance at the NSX.
