The 24-year-old man killed when a car hit a tree early Friday along Alligator Alley has been identified as Christopher Robert Adrien of North Miami, the Florida Highway Patrol reports. One 24-year-old Miami man was killed and another seriously injured early Friday when their car struck a tree on the Alligator Alley stretch of Interstate 75 in Collier County. The crash occurred about 3:30 a. m. Friday near mile marker 97 of I-75, the Florida Highway Patrol reports. FHP reports show that a 1998 Honda Prelude was eastbound in the inside lane of the Alley when it drifted into the median of the interstate.
