The driver of the Prelude, Brandon Ardell Tsioumas, 21, of the 7500 block of Westfield Road in Dundalk and the front-seat passenger, Jeff O'Connor, 20, of the 6900 block of Connelly Street in Dundalk, remain in critical condition at Johns Hopkins... A 2001 Ford Windstar traveling north on North Point Boulevard struck the Honda Prelude at the intersection with Baltimore Street at about 9 p. m. , killing the Walker and Pitts in the back seat, police said.
