El diseño ahora luce el actual lenguaje de la marca, denominado Dynamic Shield, que se caracteriza por una apariencia futurista y estilizada. Además, los renovados guardafangos le aportan una apariencia más musculosa, lo que hace una importante mejora en presencia respecto a la generación anterior. Un enfoque importante de esta nueva generación es justamente el habitáculo, al cual se le ha intentado dar los máximos niveles de confort, al punto que la marca asegura haber llegado a niveles de SUV. Este motor llega en dos versiones, de 141 HP y 176 HP. Además se pueden elegir con caja de cambios mecánica u otra automática, de cinco velocidades y con tracción 4X2 o 4X4, dependiendo del nivel de equipamiento. La versión tope de las cuatro dispuestas por Mitsubishi para nuestro mercado, llega con un equipamiento importante, que incluye cámara de retroceso, selector de tracción electrónico, levas detrás del timón para la caja automática, entre muchos otros. Cette série spéciale est uniquement disponible en double cabine, c’est à dire avec 4 portes, en rouge, et se distingue par ses roues de 17 pouces noires dans leurs passagers de roues noirs, sa calandre chromée et surtout sa rampe de 4 phares... Rustique mais bien équipé A l’intérieur, les plastiques et de la finition sont assez basiques même si quelques inserts alu viennent égayer l’ambiance. Dans cet environnement rustique, il est presque étonnant de trouver un équipement plutôt riche avec les sièges avant électriques et chauffants, avec sellerie cuir, sans parler de la caméra de recul dans le rétroviseur central. Quant à la benne, elle offre une surface utile de 2,2 m2 et ce L200 a une charge utile de 945 kg. A l'ancienne Contact et tout de suite on est dans l’ambiance : ce 4 cylindres fait bruyamment savoir qu’il fonctionne au diesel dès le ralenti et...
