Children injured in accident south of Ramona - Examiner Enterprise

Three children were among those injured in single-vehicle accident south of Ramona on Saturday, according to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. 4 miles south of County Road 3500, which is one mile south of the town of Ramona. At that time, a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by 22-year-old Amanda Rogers of Bartlesville, “swerved right to avoid contact with (a) braking vehicle, over-corrected three times, leaving roadway to the right (and) causing the vehicle to roll 2. 5... Rogers was then transported by Bartlesville EMS to Saint Francis Hospital, where she was admitted in stable condition with internal trunk injuries. Three passengers were also injured in the accident: a 3-year-old Bartlesville male who was admitted in stable condition to Saint Francis with external trunk injuries. a 6-year-old Bartlesville male admitted in stable condition with external trunk, head and leg injuries. and a 7-year-old female admitted in stable condition with head injuries. The condition of the driver was listed as “apparently normal” and the cause of the collision as “avoiding other vehicle.
