A Keizer man has been reported missing and may be endangered, according to a report filed Sunday with Salem Police. Edward Richard Fraize Jr. , 42, was last seen by his fiancée at 1 p. m. Saturday, Aug. 22, when he dropped off her two children at her workplace in Salem. Fraize never made it home or to the hospital. "He's a very communicative person," fiancee Erin Duval said. Duval has two daughters, ages 3 and 8. Fraize is not their biological father, but Duval said the girls call him Dad. Fraize is described as 5 feet 10 and 220 pounds with shaved head and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jean shorts, black hoodie and black ball cap. He was driving a navy blue 2010 Nissan Xterra with Alaska plates FTL 702.
