Revealed at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, the new 2016 Tacoma will be available with an all-new 3. 5-liter V6 Atkinson cycle engine that uses Toyota’s D-4S technology, featuring both direct and port fuel injection. Based on the 3. 5-liter V6 in other Toyota applications, the engine is expected to produce roughly 300 HP and 280 lb-ft of torque. “Based on the 3. 5-liter V6 in other Toyota applications,” is the answer to your question. Those are roughly the numbers found in the Lexus RC350, which also uses a 3. 5-liter V6 with D4S. Odds are the engine will be tuned for more low-end torque for the Tacoma, but it will probably sit somewhere in the vicinity of those numbers. Generally for truck engines they bias them towards torque production (lower peak HP numbers, torque comes in earlier on).
