Latest From The Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo - Four Wheeler Magazine
The Lucas Oil Off Road Expo in Pomona, CA is without question one of the largest off road industry shows in the country and this year was no different. One of the coolest things about hanging out at the Off Road Expo is being able to check out all the awesome off road trucks and start bench racing ideas on how to build our own trucks. The Four Wheeler Network crew came out in full force this year and had plenty of gnarly magazine project trucks on display. Petersen’s 4-Wheel & Off-Road’s Editor -In-Chief, Rick Péwé, and Tech Editor Fred Williams were signing posters at the Source Interlink Media booth where you could check out Project Super Dirty and Rick’s Cheap Truck Challenge Jeep Cherokee XJ.... Also on display was Four Wheeler’s latest project truck, a CUCV M1008 on 40-inch Super Swamper Boggers dubbed GI GYP. As if that wasn’t enough, Jp Magazine had the heavyweight Discount Tire RESQ1 Jeep Wrangler JK on display too while Off-Road Magazine had their Tow Haul Chase 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty on display at the Pure Performance booth.
