A 10-foot circle of fire was reported set at the playground of Lincoln School at 11:41 p. m. July 26 in the 4300 block of Grove Avenue. Welsh, 39, of the 3400 block of Arden Avenue, Brookfield, was charged at 1:33 a. m. July 25 with domestic battery in the 3400 block of Arden Avenue. Pierson Bowling, 46, of the 4600 block of Dubois Boulevard, Brookfield, was charged 4:44 p. m. July 21 with battery in the 4600 block of Dubois Boulevard. Zavaleta, 21, of the 4600 block of Dubois Boulevard, Brookfield, was charged at 1:01 a. m. July 22 with possession of marijuana, cocaine, codeine and drug paraphernalia in the 4100 block of Eberly Avenue. An Acer laptop valued at $100 was reported stolen at 11:06 a. m. July 21 from the 3300 block of Maple Avenue. Francisco J. Bahena-Ocampo, 41, of the 2200 block of South Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license at 3:45 a. m. July 21 at 31st and Elm streets. • The front tires of a vehicle were reported flat and the driver’s door keyed at 7:09 a. m.
