At 3:04 p. m. , police stopped a car for a traffic violation in the 600 block of 12th Street Northwest. , police responded to a two-vehicle accident that involved a parked vehicle in the alley behind the 300 block of Third Street Southwest. Chelsey Anne Hulbert, 19, of Waverly, was turning onto the grass off the alley to park her 2002 Ford F150 Supercrew, but she swung the truck too wide and sideswiped a parked 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, causing minor damage to both vehicles. July 15 : At 10:49 a. m. , police took a report of a possible theft from a vehicle in the Walgreen’s parking lot. July 17 : At 12:33 p. m. , police responded to a three-vehicle accident that involved two parked vehicles at the Dirty Dog American Bar and Grill parking lot. She decided to turn into the Dirty Dog parking lot to avoid running the light and hit a parked 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, causing moderate damage to the rear bumper, and ricocheted off it into a parked 2006 Mazda 6, causing minor damage to it.
