CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Upper Allen Police are investigating the theft of a 2005 Ford F-450 Super Duty regular cab service truck. The truck was reported stolen on Thursday, February 12 between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm. is missing from Harrisburg Auto Auction, 1100 S. York Street.
