Firefighters respond to Waipahu house fire - KHON2

At 11:02 p. m. Friday, Honolulu firefighters responded to a two-alarm building fire at 94-1040 Waiopae Street in Waipahu. The fire was brought under control five minutes later. A 57-year-old man and a 90-year-old woman were at home at the time of the fire and were able to get out on their own. Damage estimates are $100,000 to the property, $50,000 to the contents, and $10,000 to an exposure (2007 Ford F350). The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Source: khon2.com
