The Incredible Cars of Pebble Beach Parking Lots - Motor Trend
From a Toyota FJ Rat Rod truck to a classic Mercedes-Benz convertible and multiple Ferrari LaFerraris, the automotive variety at Pebble Beach is insane. instead, it's the parking lot of a Pebble Beach that provides fantastic car porn. Over the course of a few days, we took photos of all kinds of cars in our hotel's parking lot, and even when staying away from fancy cars that appeared to be driven up by manufacturers or other journalists, there was lots to appreciate. A cut-down windshield, custom side-view mirrors, and black wheels complete the look. This Ford Focus has never won at LeMans and is outclassed by plenty of other cars in the parking lot, but it's also a great example of how much room there is to individualize cars. Possibly a SEMA show car at one point, this Focus has a wide-body kit, over-the-top front and rear fascia, and a bold rear spoiler. Plus, the yellow paint sparkles in the sunlight, making this one unique Ford. At least this article shows what goes along with the cars--the egos. Cars taking up two spots because, well, "just because". And the Porsche in the handicapped spot that I would wager a cold beer did NOT have a placard on it's rear-view mirror to justify. the Trump wanna-be's of Pebble Beach certainly aren't spilling over with class.
