Police blotter: Teen arrested for third assault; two men demand gas, alcohol; DUI - Montana Standard

Joshua Sevores, 35, of Butte was arrested after police said they found him with 90. 5 grams of marijuana in a baggie and a pipe in the area of Grand and Texas early Friday. He’s facing two misdemeanor charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 46-year-old Butte man reported his blue 1993 Chevrolet F150 truck was stolen from a restaurant in the 2100 block of Harvard Avenue on Friday morning. Police say he had left the keys on a seat inside the vehicle, which has Montana plates, AAGJ6542. Police arrested Tiffany Berger, 40, of Butte for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after police said she attempted to force her way inside a residence and take a dog in the 900 block of Maryland Avenue on Friday. Berger, who was wanted on two criminal contempt warrants, was cited with two counts of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors. Simione Longneck, 25, of Butte was taken into police custody after he violently shoved a door and punched another door at a convenience store at Front and Utah late Sunday. A clerk told police Longneck and a 22-year-old man were highly intoxicated and tried to buy gas but had no vehicle. After Longneck left the store, police say he attempted to get into a person’s car and then spewed racial slurs when the person refused. Michelle Cummings, 40, of Butte was stopped by police after she nearly drifted into a vehicle in an adjacent lane as she was traveling northbound on Montana Street Uptown late Saturday.
