The AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival takes over Johnstown this weekend with headliners G. Love & Special Sauce, Big Head Todd & the Monsters and JJ Grey & Mofro. The 15th annual Three Rivers Storytelling Festival continues Friday through Sunday, featuring national tellers Connie Regan-Blake, Alton Chung, Lyn Ford and Jim May joining local tellers. Friday includes Stories for Youth (10 a. m. ) at Carnegie Library Lecture Hall, Oakland, and workshops (1 and 3 p. m. ) for all levels of experience as well as a Storytelling Senior Lunch (noon) at the Depreciation Lands Museum, Hampton. Evening performances begin at 7 at Winchester-Thurston School, North Campus, Hampton, with the Liars Contest and the national tellers Opening Concert. Saturday will be a full day of stories starting at 10 a. m. and ending with the national tellers final concert, Story Scrum and ghost stories at Winchester-Thurston. Sunday’s Master Class (10 a. m. ) will also be held at Winchester-Thurston. A full weekend pass for adults is $15. $5 for youth (4-12). Information: www. Rod Man at Improv.
