Drug abuse, Orange Place: Police and EMT's arrived at the Super 8 motel shortly before 3 p. m. to find a Logan County, W. Va. , man, 26, unconscious but breathing on the bathroom floor from a reported heroin overdose. No drugs or paraphernalia were seen in the room, where a Newburgh Heights woman, 19, a Warren man, 23, and a Charleston, W. Va. , woman, 23, all said they had gone to the bank and then returned to find the victim collapsed on the floor. Police noted that the victim also had an active traffic warrant from the Montville police department. Damage to private property, Orange Place: A Solon woman, 65, reported Aug. 15 what she thought was intentional damage damage to the passenger side of her 2005 Ford Freestar while it had been parked overnight outside the Hampton Inn. Police found she had a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and arrest warrants out of Stow and Shaker Heights.
