New London man killed in accident - Norwalk Reflector
A New London man died Tuesday from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash on Ohio 545 near Hoover Road. Deven Phillips, 20, of New London, was driving north at 4:18 p. m. Tuesday on Ohio 545 in Madison Township when his 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier was struck by a southbound 1999 Ford F150 driven by Eric Gramley, 27, of Mansfield. State highway patrol troopers said Gramley drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected, drove left of center and struck Phillips head-on.
