After taking him to the Morgan County Jail for the breath test, he was arrested on charges of DUI/DUID and careless driving. Bond was set at $1,500. 08/10 - Dylan Mueggenberg of Fort Morgan was driving 2003 Buick Park Avenue south on Hwy. The vehicle rotated counter clockwise off the left side of the road and hit a post. The vehicle continued broadside down an embankment and hit a stop sign with the right side of the vehicle. The vehicle rotated across Morgan Conty Road Y and came to a stop. Trooper Marty Plakorus issued a ticket for careless driving. 08/18 - Patricia Weimer was in a 2012 Lincoln stopped at a stop sign on Morgan County Road 12 facing south. She pulled away from the sign and was hit by a 2012 Dodge Ram driven by a minor of Fort Morgan. The Dodge was headed west on Morgan County Road Q and hit the Lincoln on the left side. Both vehicles went off the southwest corner of the intersection and both hit a wooden fence before coming to a stop. the Lincoln had severe damage and the Dodge had moderate damage.
