And next year and the year after, we’ll be getting even more of the boys from the Dwarf, with the channel commissioning two new seasons. According to the announcement on the official Red Dwarf website , 2009’s Back To Earth pulled in 2. 6 million viewers and Series X was always above 1. 6 million (with 2 million at its peak) for each of its six episodes. No solid dates are provided as to when the new shows will air and no mention is made of episode counts, but I’d say six is a pretty good guess, going by the length of previous seasons, especially the most recent, X. A trailer of sorts was also... It could have been early 1989. but I didn't think so. Lost in all those superhero comic book flicks that hijack too many screens in movie theatres is how in preventing a villain from let's say, world destruction or universe domination, the... The Immigrant Investor Venture Capital (IIVC) scheme - which will grant permanent residency to immigrants worth at least C$10 million (HK$62 million) who are willing to hand over C$2 million to be invested in companies of Ottawa's choosing - will... A maximum of 60 applicants will then be approved, after a lottery decides which of the applications will be assessed. The deadlines and selection rules were revealed on Saturday when immigration minister Chris Alexander's instructions on the IIVC scheme were gazetted by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). Wealth migration to Canada has recently been dominated by mainland Chinese millionaires, who made up a large majority of applicants under the now-defunct Immigrant Investor Programme. There were also doubts about how beneficial the immigrants admitted under the scheme had been to the Canadian economy since the IIP was launched in 1986.
