There are many different aftermarket power steering upgrades available, but since our power steering pump and steering box worked fine for our needs and appeared to be in good shape, we decided to simply increase the fluid cleanliness and capacity... Unfortunately, we used this remote hydraulic oil filter mount and small filter because that’s what was in stock at the time. However, we think you’ll be better off with NAPA remote mount (PN 4764) and filter (PN 1622). The filter is larger and holds nearly a quart all by itself. COVENTRY: A Lam Drive woman reported July 17 she filed her federal income tax in April and was recently informed by the IRS someone used her identity to file a fraudulent tax return. On July 19, Summit County sheriff’s deputies investigated a report that an air compressor, nail guns, coil nails, tool belt, radio and other items were stolen from two unlocked vehicles outside a Chaffin Road residence the previous night. Deputies are seeking the persons who threw a brick through the window of a South Arlington Road gas station between 3 and 3:42 a. m. July 20 and stole two 12-packs of beer. July 20, deputies responded to a report that two men stole items from an East Waterloo Road gas station. Deputies located the two on South Main Street and confiscated the stolen items from a Massillon man, who was charged with two counts of theft. An East Pace Avenue woman reported someone kicked in the front door of her residence while she was doing laundry around 11 p. m. July 20. She reported nothing missing from the home at the time. Deputies investigated the burglary of a North Turkeyfoot Road residence July 20. A woman reported someone drove a vehicle to the rear of her property and kicked in the rear door to enter.
