David White with Foley police said the family at the center of an AMBER Alert has been found Wednesday morning and a man police say is the father of the children was arrested. White said the kids were found on County Road 10 in Baldwin County. Eloy Gutierrez, who Foley Police said is the father of the children, was arrested nearby and charged with two counts of domestic violence that occurred prior to this morning's events. White said a motorist notified police that they were behind the van in connection to the AMBER Alert. Authorities say Nora Grienier was last seen Tuesday around 10 a. m. with her five children and infant nephew. The children range in age from nine months to eight-years-old. Nora, 24, and her children, nine-month-old Leroy Gutierrez, two-year-old Jordan Gutierrez and seven-year-old Alexisann Gutierrez, are all listed as abducted. The other children, eight-year-old Eloy Gutierrez Jr. , five-year-old Daisy Gutierrez and nine-year-old Ethan Ramirez were all listed as missing. General Motors is spending $5 billion over the next decade to develop a new family of Chevrolet vehicles aimed at emerging markets such as China, India, Brazil and Mexico. Together GM and SAIC expect to reduce the number of separate vehicle architectures, now about 14 worldwide, to four by 2025, a consolidation that will save money while preserving the flexibility to add or subtract certain features that are more... "This new vehicle family will feature advance technologies focused on connectivity, safety and fuel efficiency delivered at a compelling value," said Mark Reuss, GM executive vice president for global product development, purchasing and supply... Dan Ammann, GM president, said the new vehicles will be manufactured and sold in a variety of markets, but especially in Brazil, China, India and Mexico. There are no plans to export these vehicles to mature markets such as the U. S. While most of the vehicles will be small, they will include crossover utility models as well as passenger cars. GM is halting production in Indonesia and more recently stopped making the Chevrolet Sonic in Thailand.
