State police are investigating a report of a stolen firearm that occurred sometime between April 1 and July 26 at a residence owned by Brent Allen Yale, 39, on Green Mountain Road in Ridgebury Township. State police are investigating a report of an unknown person or persons who threw eggs at a vehicle between 12:30 a. m. and 7:30 a. m. on Aug. ISP: 5-year-old in Weekend Crash Near Emmett Has Died - Twin Falls Times-News

EMMETT | A 5-year-old boy has died from injuries he suffered when a salt block flew through the windshield of the vehicle he was traveling in north of Emmett Saturday, Idaho State Police said in an update Tuesday morning. Carter and a 26-year-old Nampa man were both hurt after the block fell off of a pickup truck and bounced through their 1998 Dodge Ram. Donald Moala, 26, sitting in the Ram’s front passenger seat, was taken to Valor Health in Emmett. Carter, who was sitting in a back seat of the Ram, was also initially taken to the Emmett hospital, but was later flown to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise and moved from there to St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, according to ISP. Here’s what state police say happened in the crash about 13 miles north of Emmett on Idaho 52:. ISP was called to the scene at about 2:30 p. m. Saturday. According to the agency, a northbound 2007 Chevrolet Silverado carrying two pallets of salt blocks was traversing a curve on the highway when the shrink wrap on one pallet loosened. According to ISP, one of those blocks went through the passenger-side windshield of the Dodge Ram, which was headed south on the highway. All involved wore seat belts, ISP said, including 66-year-old Ronald Morgenthaler of Weiser, the driver of the Silverado. Source: magicvalley.com

The vehicle went off the left side of the road, hit a trip point and continued off road before rolling one and one-quarter times and stopping on the driver's side.
