No ‘Baggage’ “Traffic jams will only worsen in the major cities, and we need an updated means of transportation that can handle commutes for one or two people,” Li said Tuesday in an interview from his research lab, which occupies two floors next... Li, who has six vehicles, was among the first in China to own Tesla’s Model S, a full-sized, five-door, luxury liftback. Selling for less than 50,000 yuan, it will be powered by two 10-kilogram batteries that can be transported for charging via household electricity sockets using a handcart. Auction Find: A Two for One Mercedes-Benz S-Class Package - Torque News

A seller in New York has put up a pair of the W140-generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans on eBay that can be yours for only the price of two Mercedes-AMG S63 sedans. The folks at Bring A Trailer came across this say the average mileage between the two vehicles is about 887 miles. Details on both sedans are a bit scarce and there isn't a back story as to why or how. Despite the seller saying both models run and drive, it would be wise to have both of these vehicles inspected and have various bits replaced. The interior looks to be essentially a new car with the leather seats showing no cracks and the wood trim looking shiny. As Bring A Trailer notes, the 600SEL would have cost over $150,000 in 1992. Second is a 1994 400SE with only 275 miles. Like the 600SEL, the interior looks to be untouched. Source: www.torquenews.com
