During the ride home, Roho phoned Sweet Pea to tell her “you better slick up” because Shelton was coming to their home. A photo of Shelton and Roho standing side-by-side was shared on social media by Roho’s daughter. Television station KFOR in Oklahoma City followed up by tracking down Roho for an interview at his home between Lone Grove and Wilson. Roho got his name from a song about a green-eyed fighting rooster named Rojo (different spelling, same pronunciation). Roho, born in 1967, was nicknamed “Rooster” by his grandfather. “And it went from Rooster to Roho, and it stuck,” Roho said. Being named after a rooster is better than being named after a skunk, right. When this is mentioned to Roho, he says he’s got a skunk story: A skunk was living under his front porch. Roho flushed the skunk out and “blowed him down twice” with a shotgun. If Roho had known he was creating an orphan, he never would have blasted the mommy skunk. Still feeling miserable, Roho was sitting on the porch a couple of hours later “and I look up and here that durn little old mama skunk comes right down the middle of the driveway, just wide open, just steady coming, and.
