Third victim of San Pablo Dam Road crash identified - Contra Costa Times

The Contra Costa Coroner's Office named Frank James Fahy, 26, of San Pablo as one of three people who died in the collision in unincorporated El Sobrante on Aug. Coroner's officials previously identified 24-year-old Angel Armijo, of San Pablo, and 23-year-old Marilyn Ortega, of Richmond, as the women who died when a 1971 Chevrolet Camaro going east on San Pablo Dam Road swerved into the westbound lanes... The Camaro's driver, 28-year-old Justin Gardner, survived after being ejected from the car. At that time, Fransen said the CHP likely would recommend felony driving under the influence and manslaughter charges but said the Contra Costa District Attorney's Office ultimately would charge Gardner.
