Bill Auberlen, driving the No. 25 BMW Z4 he shares with Dirk Werner, qualified fifth with a 1:43. 356 minute lap during the 15-minute session. Auberlen and Werner stand second in GTLM driver points. Cette fois les LM P3 étaient trois au départ, la n°671 du Prime Racing étant de nouveau présente, avec aussi la Ginetta-Juno n°32, voiture officielle du constructeur britannique engagée par LNT – déjà vu en VdeV Endurance Series avec la Ginetta... Pour rejoindre la Ginetta-Juno sur la première ligne, la lutte avait été chaude entre la Ferrari 458 GT2 Visiom n°2 et la Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 AF Corse n°51. Le dernier mot revenait finalement au team français, la moyenne des temps de Thierry... Mike Simpson amenait la Ginetta LNT en tête de la course au terme de la troisième heure de course et n’allait plus quitter le commandement, alors que pour la deuxième place la lutte était serrée entre la BMW et les deux Ferrari. La BMW lâchait prise en raison d’une crevaison et petites erreurs stratégiques, laissant les deux Ferrari s’expliquer entre elles, mais au bout du compte la Ferrari Visiom, à un tour de la Ginetta LNT, conservait une vingtaine de secondes d’avance...
