Odessa Police have released new information in connection with a late night weekend accident in Odessa. The accident happened around 11 p. m. Saturday night at the intersection of Highway 191 and East Loop 338. . Odessa Police say the driver of a white Dodge Ram ran a red light while crossing East Loop 338 when the Dodge struck a 2008 GMC Sierra. That impact cause the Dodge Ram to hit a telephone pole. The two occupants of the GMC Sierra, Tayler Holman, 24, and Terry Cobos, 18, both of Odessa, were taken to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Two occupants from the Dodge Ram, Fernando Hinojosa, 34, of Mission, Texas, and Orlando Idrogo, 40, of Homestead, Florida, were pronounced dead on scene. Two other people in the Dodge Ram, Jesse Castro, 36 of Converse, Texas and Mundo Cerda, 32 of San Benito, Texas, were taken to Medical Center Hospital and are listed in critical condition.
