MODIFICATIONS to the blower housing may be required for installation for pulley clearance.
The pulley is not typically centered on the end of the housing so some material must be removed from one side of the housing. We do this by hand with a 2" disc sander on a air tool.
Requires a Hydraulic Press!
These are Press On pulleys, recommend you remove snout from vehicle and replace the isolator and the bearings at the same time. Quality Superchargers has rebuilt snouts in stock with performance pulleys installed!

Composites are not metal and alloys are metal! Composite alloy is just BS.
Translation is they use 6060 T6 alloy aluminum. Not sure if they anodized or not!
