An East Naples man accused of causing a fatal car crash at Davis and Lakewood boulevards last year turned himself in to authorities Monday morning on a DUI manslaughter warrant. The arrest of Kiereck Lemwell Seymour Jr. , 24, comes nearly nine months after the May 18 crash that killed Sandra Maddux, who was on her way to Walmart for party supplies.
