LIBERTY — Excessive speed was a factor in a single-car crash at 12:10 a. m. Sunday that killed a Girard man and critically injured his passenger, also from Girard. The crash on Logan Way just south of Stanton Street, killed Serhiy Kozachuk, 39, and critically injured Konstantin Tolstykh, 24.
