Lebanon Police Department Friday, July 31 1:17 a. m. A caller in the 1500 block of S. Main St. reported that they heard glass breaking. Police arrested a Ramon Reyes, 27, in the 1400 block of S. Main St. on multiple warrants including failure to comply in a theft case. Police arrested Kirsten Ann Stevenson, 25, in the 100 block of E. Oak St. on multiple warrants including contempt of court in a Lebanon court case. A caller reporter that two transients were having intercourse in the 200 block of E. Grant St. and the couple was being very loud. A man was hitting a fence and talking to bushes in the 300 block of Berry St. . 4:39 a. m. Someone tried to break into an apartment in the 600 block of S. 12th St. , and damage was caused to the doorknob. A dog was ran over in the 500 block of W. Ash St. The dog's owner, a 21-year-old man, was given a warning for dog at large. People were stealing water from a house in the 600 block of S. 12th St. by filling five-gallon containers from the spigot. Items were stolen from a house in the 2800 block of Hazel Dr. . 3:46 p. m.
