Shreveport crash victim dies of injuries - KTBS
Franklin Jacobs,55, of the 100 block of Barlow Street in Shreveport, died Sunday afternoon at University Health, after sustaining injuries in a crash that occurred back on August 18, just before 4:00 p. m. , in the 400 block of West 83rd Street. The crash involved a 1999 Suzuki motorcycle operated by Jacobs, and a 2003 Kia Optima, driven by Ashley Heins, 36, of Shreveport. Source: www.ktbs.com
