CV Joint Boot Clamp Banding Tool
Used to install and tighten the "band-it" or strap style clamps on CV joint boots or on power steering rack and pinion steering gear boots;
Once installed into the tool tighten the band by turning the handle on the tool;
use a socket or wrench on the handle to torque the band to OE specifications;
When the boot clamp has been tightened to specs cut the band to the correct length by flipping the lever (at the front of the tool) forward.
