Sensors are tested under pressure to ensure proper readings ,Air holes checked for obstructions and battery level checked . All sensors are ready to install. and checked twice before shipment.

watchout for low priced New oem fakes by other sellers that have mispelling or same serial number on all 4 sensors!
Sensors may have marks / discoloration or scratches that are not service affecting, They are used and show wear. They live inside the tire.
Sensors are not blank or programmable. They are programmed from the manufacturer to work with certain vehicles. Tire only needs bead to be broken to install. Do not have to remove tire completely from wheel.
You will need to have your vehicle "relearn" these sensors
This can be done several ways depending on vehicle.
1. Some vehicles learn them just by driving.
2. Can be done by tool that most tire shops have.
( if a tire shop is not able to test them before installing, then steer clear from them. they do not have to be installed to test battery or function)
3. Some vehicles can be done by yourself ( read owners manual or search YouTube)
