Police vehicle collides with 18-wheeler near Desert Breeze Park - News3LV
The accident occurred just before 10 a. m. in the intersection of Spring Mountain and South Cimarron roads, according to a Metro news release. The Metro vehicle, a 2015 Ford Explorer, was southbound on Cimarron Road, stopped at a red light with Spring Mountain Road. A 2011 Peterbilt tractor trailer was traveling eastbound on Spring Mountain Road in the left travel lane, approaching Cimarron Road and a green traffic light. A Lexus ES350 was traveling eastbound on Spring Mountain Road in the right travel lane, approaching Cimarron Road and a green traffic light. The Ford rotated clockwise and struck the Lexus in the right travel lane, resulting in moderate damage. The driver of Lexus, a 57-year-old woman from El Monte, Calif. Source: www.news3lv.com
