LS-Swapped Twin-Turbo Mazda RX-7 Takes Down A Bugatti Veyron - GM Authority (blog)

The FD Mazda RX-7 is a legend in its own right. But, something about LS swapping an FD RX-7 just sounds nice. Great news, because this man did both of those things, and didn’t swear by the rotary (though there is nothing wrong with swearing by the rotary to keep this unbiased. The guy didn’t just swap a twin-turbo LS V8 in, though. So, in one corner, a German owned, French super car with an 8. 0-liter W16 quad-turbocharged engine, cranking out somewhere near 1,000 hp. In the other, an LS twin-turbocharged Mazda RX-7. And the Mazda absolutely walks the $2. 25 million super car. The LS-swapped Mazda is the underdog here, and who doesn’t love a good underdog.
