The victim, Alexandra Ayala, was hit by a car at S. E. 89th near Shields. Surveillance cameras show that the driver of the car just went on after hitting the girl. Now, the mother of the victim, Angela Jackson wants the driver to come forward. "Just the fact that she was left in the street like an animal, you know," she said.
