Today, small is the new affordable muscle car on the road, just at a quick glance there is the new VW GTI, Scion FRS and of course the Mini Cooper, all starting in the $25,000 range and able to gain over 180 horsepower in bodies that don’t even... Since the advance in petrol prices over the past 10 years, there have been many a smaller vehicles introduced into the American Automobile market with each manufacture trying to find the sweet spot between mpg and looks that would entice us... It can also be had in what they have dubbed the Nismo edition, in other words modified at Nissans racing division to get every last ounce of fun into the vehicle, and now they are talking about putting a GTR engine in… just for fun. Needless to say having a Cooper S land in our driveway for a week of what Mini describes as ‘Go-kart’ like driving- put a smile on our face, just to have the opportunity to try out one of these new ‘roller skate’ small fun machines.
