Shoplifting--Aug. 15, 8:21 p. m. E. Hamilton Avenue. Forgery--Aug. Someone attempted to obtain prescription drugs with a fake prescription note. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. Theft--Aug. The suspect fled in a 1990 Nissan 240sx. Stolen vehicle, drugs and burglary tools--Aug. A police officer saw a man seen walking toward a stolen SUV in the parking lot. He had several swords, hunting knives, a throwing star, drug paraphernalia, burglary tools and a stolen wallet. Officers booked him into Santa Clara County Main Jail. Shoplifting--Aug. Public intoxication--Aug. Authorities booked a woman into Santa Clara County Main Jail after she was found stumbling down the roadway. Theft--Aug. Someone parked in the driveway of a business, took several large metal racks from the parking lot and put them into the bed of his truck. Drugs--Aug. She was booked in the county main jail. Burglary--Aug. 11, 7:40 p. m. Two suspects were reported fleeing the scene of a burglary after one of them smashed a vehicle's window, activated the alarm then fled to a blue 2001 Lincoln sedan.
