These are the OEM pads that are glued down under the rear trunk carpet, I assume to add padding as well as sound proofing.
The long rubber one has a couple of cracks, but would be an easy repair when installed.
The cloth one includes the cover for the fuel tank sender, and is in great shape.
They are usually in much worse condition than these.
