These are the optional for 944 and 944 Turbo, and standard for 944 Turbo S, Split folding Rear Seats in Tan/Linen.
They are in excellent shape. About the only issue is that the carpet on the back at the top edge is dried up and coming off, simply from age.
Otherwise, they look great, and they include the unique mounting hardware for the top center sections.
