• Misty Jewell Morgan, 35, of the 2700 block of Allen Street pleaded guilty to charges involving two separate indictments: Third-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, subsequent offense. possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to five years in prison, probated for three years, and is jointly and severally liable for $790 in restitution. A public intoxication charge was dismissed. Final sentencing. • Alice Marie Perales, 52, of the 2800 block of Legion Park Drive pleaded guilty to an amended charge of resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with eight days served, balance probated two years. • Rance Lee Smith, 40, of the 1100 block of West Seventh Street pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree assault. Smith was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 294 days served, balance probated for two years. Smith also must pay $2,625 in restitution. • Charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Andrea Renee Jones, 30, of Hartford.
