Three 17-year-old “persons of interest” in north central Texas are being held in connection with Tuesday’s double homicide, according to Graham, Texas police. Investigators located the bodies of Robert and Patricia Cogdell, 66, in a wooded area behind their home at 4803 Quail Run Circle on Wednesday afternoon after Conway police arrived at the residence for a welfare check at the request of the Maumelle... In a news release, the Graham Police Department said it learned during a vehicle search early Thursday morning that the teenagers were “persons of interest. “The three were picked up in Texas and held as runaways,” said LaTresha Woodruff, public information officer for the Conway Police Department, in a statement Friday. Young County dispatch advised Graham police that a silver Chevrolet Tahoe with an Arkansas license plate, reportedly involved in an Arkansas kidnapping, was headed to Graham, about 120 miles northwest of Dallas. One of the occupants, according to the news release, dropped a double-edged knife.
