Man robbed in his own backyard in Oak Creek - Oak Creek Now

Two men followed an Oak Creek resident to his home, assaulted and robbed him in his backyard and stole his vehicle at 11:35 p. m. July 31. According to the police report, the victim was driving to his home in the 7400 block of South Logan Avenue... He told police he was aware the truck was following him, so he quickly pulled into his detached garage and closed the main garage door. As the victim was walking to his back door, two men armed with handguns came around the corner and confronted him, according to police. He took the keys to the victim's Honda Civic out of his pants pocket and took his lunchbox. One suspect fled in the maroon truck and the other fled in the stolen Honda. The suspects are described as two 6-feet-tall, thin black males between the ages of 18 and 22. Both suspects were carrying handguns and were dressed in black clothing.
