KOTA KINABALU: A man who was arrested along Jalan Punang, Kelalan in Lawas for retaining a Toyota Hilux pick-up truck, received seven months jail by a Magistrates Court here yesterday. Magistrate Mohd Faiz Omar imposed the sentence on Loi Kwung Yew, 27, after the latter pleaded guilty to a charge under Section 411 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum jail term of five years and a fine upon conviction.
