Stolen truck leads to local business - Daily Journal Online
On Tuesday afternoon sometime between 4:30 and 5:30 p. m. Jim Hall had his green 1997 Chevy Silverado stolen from his workplace off Tenth Street in Park Hills. On Thursday morning at about 8:15 a. m. the Park Hills Police were dispatched after a person spotted a Chevrolet Suburban with the wheels and tires from the stolen truck. The caller was on St. Joe Drive, but the suspect SUV had first been spotted in Farmington. Officers were headed to Casey’s when the person called back and said the suspect vehicle had left and was headed down St. Joe Drive toward Desloge. The driver or occupants reportedly told police they purchased the wheels the day before at Scrap Solutions, which just happened to be where they worked. Source: dailyjournalonline.com
