Carlisle Police (243-5252). • A wallet was stolen from an apartment in the first block of East Louther Street between 2 and 4:30 p. m. March 20. Police say $110 in cash and identification and bank cards were in the wallet. Corman, 22, of Carlisle was charged with simple assault and harassment in the first block of West Louther Street at 10:20 p. m. March 18. According to police, Corman assaulted a person who suffered bruises, abrasions and a concussion. • Kersten A. Thompson, 32, of Carlisle was charged with animals running at large in the 500 block of South Pitt Street at 9 p. m. Mach 14. According to police, the dog owned by Thompson escaped the property and jumped on a 6-year-old girl. • Felicia M. Neidigh, 21, of Carlisle was charged with disorderly conduct in the 100 block of North West Street at 4:47 p. m. March 14. According to police, Neidigh was involved in a verbal and physical fight with another woman. Stimeling Jr. , 48, of Shippensburg was charged with public drunkenness in the 500 block of South West Street at 3:30 a. m. March 11. Police responded to a building for a report of a person banging on apartment doors. He was arrested and taken to the station to sober up.
