Chanel Young, behavioral health officer, Soldier Behavioral Health Services. During the symposium, a panel of leaders from the different branches of Darnall’s Behavioral Health Department, gave updated information on the department’s services and answered questions from partner providers in attendance. A key theme in the discussion was how the Army continues to move toward standardizing behavioral health care among all installations, in a process of going from a holding company model to an operation company model.
